Employee Achievement Celebration: Awesome Quality Success
As our Rincon-based facility, GTC, continues to reach new milestones following one full year of every transformer built passing First Pass Yield (FPY) testing on the first attempt, the Jain family hosted a celebration for employees to commemorate the Rincon team’s achievement.
More than 600 employees attended the event, which included food, drinks, and an award ceremony led by CEO Prabhat Jain.
This accomplishment demonstrates the skill, hard work, and dedication of our employees and their commitment to manufacturing the industry’s finest transformers. Congratulations to everyone involved!
